I present today RViewer. It's just a PICTURE VIEWER slight. The Motivation was to be used under the windows with svg. It is developed in Qt and therefore easily compilable under windows or linux.
In terms of features:
viewing of images (necessarily)
directory in the title bar
File -> Open to change discs (useful under windows)
File -> Save to save the current image (with rotation)
Zoom: +, -, 1:1, at best
Full screen (the window)
rotation left, right
Displacement of the image with the mouse (with the little hand;))
shortcuts:
Ctrl + O: open
Ctrl + S: Save
Ctrl + Q: quit
